What consumer tools leave to chance
A WhatsApp group compresses files and mixes them with chat. A Google Photos album requires a Google account from every employee. WeTransfer expires. None of these give you a full export, a clear retention period, or proof of deletion.
GDPR, image rights, hosting in France
Employee photos are personal data. Grappil hosts them in the European Union, does not sell them, and purges them on the scheduled date. The organizer controls the upload link and can close the collection as soon as the event is over.

Create the collection, print the QR code on an easel at reception or on the tables, then download a ZIP of the originals. No app to install. HEIC, 4K and RAW files go through as they are.

Can you invoice a company?add
The Event plan (€49) and the Pro subscription (€29/month) are paid by card. Stripe issues an invoice in the payer's name. For a quote or invoice payment, write to us from the contact page.
How do we handle employees' image rights?add
Grappil publishes nothing: the gallery stays private. It is up to you to inform participants and remove a file if someone asks. Deleting a collection is permanent after the 30-day technical window.
Do we need Pro for several events a year?add
As soon as you run several collections, Pro is simpler: unlimited events, 2 TB shared, up to 10 members. The Event plan remains a one-off payment per collection.
