Grappil limits tracking mechanisms to what the service needs to operate, to security, and, with your consent, to audience measurement. Last updated: August 10, 2026.
The service uses cookies or equivalent mechanisms strictly necessary for authentication, keeping a secure session, remembering certain preferences, and protecting collections against abuse. They allow, for example, keeping your access to the organizer workspace or to a private upload page. They are not used for advertising and do not require consent when they are essential to the requested service.
With your consent, Grappil loads measurement tools via Google Tag Manager. Matomo produces traffic statistics; Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity help understand journeys and interactions with the interface. These tools are only loaded after an explicit choice in the banner. Declining does not prevent you from browsing the site, creating a collection, or uploading files to it.
Measurement data is used solely to identify useful pages, difficult steps and interface errors. Grappil does not sell this data and does not use this consent to personalize advertising.
Your "accepted" or "declined" decision is stored in your browser's local storage under the key grappil_cookie_consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the button below: the page will reload and the banner will let you choose again. You can also delete this site's data from your browser settings.
